摘 要:认知障碍的发病率高,同时缺乏特异性的治疗手段,给社会带来沉重负担。早期筛查和及时干预对于延缓认知减退以及改善预后均至关重要。传统的神经心理评估方法存在耗时长、主观性强等缺点,无法适应认知障碍人群不断增长的评估需求。新兴的智能化评估方法在很大程度上弥补了这些缺点,具有重要的临床价值和广阔的应用前景。本文对智能化评估方法在认知障碍患者中的研究进展进行综述,以期促进智能化评估技术的研发及推广。The high prevalence of cognitive impairment,which lacks specific treatment options,imposes a heavy social burden.Early screening and intervention are essential to delay cognitive decline and improve prognosis.Traditional neuropsychological assessment methods have disadvantages,such as being time-consuming and subjective.It is therefore difficult to meet the increasing needs for assessment in the population with cognitive impairment.The emerging intelligent assessment methods make up for these shortcomings to a large extent and have great clinical value as well as broad prospects for commercial application.In this review,we intend to summarize the progress of intelligent assessment methods applied in patients with cognitive impairment,and provide guidance for research,development and promotion of intelligent assessment technology.
