“准教师”大学生群体职业自我效能感的现状、问题和对策

摘  要:提高"准教师"大学生群体的职业自我效能感,有助于其坚定职业选择、提升组织忠诚度和教学表现等。本文通过问卷调查分析"准教师"大学生群体的职业自我效能感现状,发现该群体职业效能感整体水平较高,但在教学能力这一维度上较低;同时,女性大学生群体对教育技术运用能力和自主学习能力表现出的自信比男生群体弱;相比研究生群体,本科生群体表现出对胜任教师职业的更大自信。为提高"准教师"大学生群体的自我效能感,学校应重视职前教师培养过程的完整性,优化职前教师培养的系统设计,并在培养过程中加大教师教学实践支持并加强学校教育管理支持。Improving the career self-efficacy of the"pre-service teachers"college students can help strengthen their career choice,organizational loyalty and teaching performance.The study analyzed the status quo of career self-efficacy of"pre-service teachers"college students through a questionnaire survey and found that the group had a higher level of creer self-efficacy,but their teaching performance were low.At the same time,female groups showed less confidence in the ability to use educational technology and autonomous learning.In addition,undergraduates showed greater confidence of being a teacher than postgraduates.These research findings indicate that we need to improve the integrity of the pre-service teacher education,optimize the system design of the process.We also need to strengthen the support from teachers and governors during the whole process.
