摘　　要：目的:总结卵巢非特异性类固醇细胞瘤的诊治。方法:分析1例我科收治的卵巢非特异性类固醇细胞瘤患者的临床资料,结合文献复习总结卵巢非特异性类固醇细胞瘤的诊治方法。结果:患者手术顺利,术后睾酮迅速下降。结论:卵巢非特异性类固醇细胞瘤是一种罕见肿瘤,临床上应对该类患者的病理及临床综合分析后决定治疗方案,目前手术切除是最有效的治疗方法。Objective:To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian non-specific steroid cell tumor.Methods:The clinical data of a patient with ovarian nonspecific steroid cell tumor admitted to our department were analyzed,and the diagnosis and treatment methods of ovarian nonspecific steroid cell tumor were reviewed and summarized.Results:The surgery was uneventful and the postoperative testosterone decreased rapidly.Conclusion:Ovarian non-specific steroid cell tumor is a rare tumor,which is clinically decided after the comprehensive pathological and clinical analysis of these patients,and currently surgical resection is the most effective treatment method.
