摘 要:目的了解不同工作意愿和月收入护士职业紧张状况,为改善护士的身心健康水平提供理论依据。方法采用职业紧张量表修订版,对安徽省、江苏省、上海市的7所医院1144名护士进行问卷调查,按工作意愿情况将1144名护士分为非常愿意组(79人)、愿意组(738人)和不愿意及有离职意向组(327人)三组。比较不同工作意愿和月收入护士职业紧张水平。结果职业任务(ORQ)、个体紧张反应(PSQ)和个体应对资源问卷(PRQ)总均分和各子项目得分都随不同工作意愿程度而呈现明显的差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),提示工作意愿度低甚至有离职意向者的职业紧张明显。ORQ、PSQ总均分和各子项(工作环境除外)均以月收入高的护士得分高(P<0.01)。结论不同工作意愿和月收入护士职业紧张水平存在差异,提升护士的职业认同和给予更好的价值体现,对缓解护士职业紧张有一定帮助。Objective To investigate the prevalence of occupational stress in nurses with different work intentions and monthly incomes,and to provide theoretical basis for improving physical and mental health level of nurses.Methods By using Occupational Stress Inventory-Revised Edition(OSI-R),we conducted a survey on 1144 nurses working in 7 hospitals in Anhui,Jiangsu and Shanghai,through questionnaire response.The occupational stress levels were evaluated in nurses with different work intentions and monthly incomes.Results The total average scores of the Occupational Role Questionnaire(ORQ),the Personal Strain Questionnaire(PSQ)and the Personal Resources Questionnaire(PRQ)and the subproject scores were significantly varied of different job intentions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the results suggesting that the nurses those with low job intentions or intend to quit ones had significant occupational stress.The average scores of ORQ,PSQ and sub-items(except working environment)were higher in nurses with higher monthly incomes(P<0.01).Conclusions Incidence of occupational stress varies in nurses with different work intentions and monthly incomes.Enhancing professional identity and giving better value expression is helpful to alleviate the occupational stress in nurses.
