板蓝根滴眼液联合更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗上皮型单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察板蓝根滴眼液联合更昔洛韦滴眼液在治疗上皮型单疱病毒性角膜炎(HSK)的临床有效性与安全性。方法以2017年3月—2019年1月四川省成都市第一人民医院眼科收治的75例(78只眼)上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组、板蓝根组和板蓝根雾化组,对照组采用更昔洛韦滴眼液点眼,板蓝根组采用板蓝根滴眼液、更昔洛韦滴眼液交替点眼治疗,板蓝根雾化组采用板蓝根滴眼液超声雾化联合更昔洛韦滴眼液滴眼治疗,观察三组患者临床疗效、治疗时间、不良反应情况并记录。结果对照组与板蓝根组、板蓝根雾化组的治愈率分别为28%(7例)、64%(16例)、56%(14例),对照组与板蓝根组、板蓝根雾化组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);板蓝根组、板蓝根雾化组患者治疗时间均短于对照组,与对照组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);板蓝根雾化组不良反应发生率低,但与对照组、板蓝根组数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论板蓝根滴眼液超声雾化联合更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗上皮型单疱病毒性角膜炎临床疗效好,治疗时间短,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effects and safety of Banlangen eye drops combined with ganciclovir eye drops in the treatment of epithelial herpes simplex keratitis(HSK).Methods Totally 75 cases(78 eyes)with epithelial HSK diagnosed in Ophthalmology Department of Chengdu First People’s Hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled.All the patients were divided into control group,Banlangen group and Banlangen atomized group randomly.The control group was treated with ganciclovir eye drops,the Banlangen group was treated with Banlangen eye drops and ganciclovir eye drops alternately,and the Banlangen atomized group was treated with Banlangen eye drops ultrasonically combined with ganciclovir drops.The clinical efficacy,treatment time,and adverse reactions of the three groups were observed and recorded.Results The average cure rates of the control group was 28%(7 persons),Banlangen group was 64%(16 persons),and Banlangen atomized group was 56%(14 persons).The difference was statistically significant in three groups(P<0.05);the treatment time of patients in the Banlangen group and the Banlangen atomized group was shorter than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference in comparison with the data of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse effects rate of Banlangen atomized group was lower than the control group and Banlangen group,but there was no significant difference compared with the data of the other two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic atomization of Banlangen eye drops combined with ganciclovir eye drops for epithelial HSK have good clinical effects,short treatment time,and few adverse reactions,which deserves clinical promotion.
