摘 要:以青稞幼苗为材料,利用不同浓度的碳酸氢钠(NaHCO_(3))溶液处理幼苗7d,研究青稞幼苗叶与根中抗氧化酶活性的变化.结果显示随着NaHCO_(3)胁迫浓度的增加,在幼苗叶中SOD活性先降后升,在根中先升后降;在叶与根中,POD活性逐渐增加,APX活性逐渐下降;在叶中CAT活性先升后降,在根中CAT活性下降;叶与根中可溶性蛋白含量增加.虽然NaHCO_(3)胁迫下青稞幼苗叶与根中抗氧化酶活性变化不同,但能共同协调维持植物细胞内的生理代谢,抵抗不良环境.In this paper,hulless barley seedlings were treated with different concentrations of sodium bicarbonate NaHCO_(3)solution for 7 days to study the changes of antioxidant enzyme activities in leaves and roots of seedlings.The results showed that with the increase of NaHCO_(3)stress concentration,SOD activity first decreased and then increased in leaves and first increased and then decreased in roots.In leaves and roots,POD activity increased and APX activity decreased.CAT activity first increased and then decreased in leaves and decreased in roots.The content of soluble protein in leaves and roots increased.Under NaHCO_(3)stress,the changes of antioxidant enzyme activities in leaves and roots of hulless barley seedlings arewere different,which were coordinated to maintain physiological metabolism in plant cells and resist adverse environment.
