摘　　要：以大学新生为样本,采用问卷调查法,探索新生肠脑健康状况与多种影响因素之间的关系。结果和以往研究结论表明,在新生入学初需要注意学生的肠脑健康状况与心理健康状况之间的相互影响,鼓励他们通过调节饮食等生活习惯改善肠脑的健康状况,从而提升生理和心理的整体健康水平。In this study, a questionnaire survey, taking freshmen as samples, was employed to explore the relationship between their gut-brain health status and various influencing factors. The results of the study and the conclusions of previous studies show that it is necessary to pay attention to the relationship between students’ gut-brain and mental health at the beginning of their freshman year and encourage them to improve their gut-brain health by adjusting their living habits such as diet, so as to improve their overall physical and mental health.
