摘　　要：【目的/意义】降低企业运营成本,优化企业业务流程,有效管理企业数据资产以及激活企业数据商业价值。【方法/过程】在分析数据治理能力维度基础上,借鉴数据治理框架建立数据治理机制,构建企业数据治理能力模型。以制造业企业为例,设计制造业企业数据治理平台。【结果/结论】该模型帮助企业建立起符合自身业务特征数据治理体系,帮助企业实现数字化经营,赋能业务应用场景。【创新/局限】仅从主数据管理、元数据管理、数据质量管理、数据安全管理以及数据标准管理等方面探讨制造业企业的数据治理。【Purpose/significance】Reduce enterprise operating costs, optimize enterprise business processes, effectively manage enterprise data assets and activate the business value of enterprise data.【Method/process】Based on the analysis of the dimension of data governance capability, the data governance mechanism and the enterprise data governance capability model are established by using the data governance framework for reference. Taking manufacturing enterprises as an example, the data governance platform of manufacturing enterprises is designed.【Results/conclusion】This model helps enterprises establish a data governance system that conforms to their own business characteristics, helps enterprises realize digital operation, and enables business application scenarios.【Innovation/limitations】Only discusses the data governance of manufacturing enterprises from the aspects of master data management, metadata management, data quality management, data security management and data standard management.
