摘　　要：【目的/意义】推进农业农村信息化是解决“三农”问题,实现乡村振兴的重要手段。研究基于“三农”视角,探究信息化服务乡村振兴的内在逻辑,测度农业农村信息化水平,以期为推进其高质量发展提供依据。【方法/过程】基于已有的研究成果,构建信息化服务乡村振兴的逻辑架构及测度指标体系,并运用熵权TOPSIS模型和系统聚类法,通过该体系测度海南省农业农村信息化水平。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,海南省农业农村信息化存在地区差异性,总体上可以将其分为两级四类。为此,研究针对具体差异,进一步提出了相应的发展对策,旨在为海南省推进农业农村信息化提供重点方向指导。【创新/局限】能够丰富“三农”视角下农业农村信息化的研究内容;测度指标体系需进一步考虑乡村信息受众的个体因素,开发定量与定性相结合的指标体系。【Purpose/significance】Vigorously promoting agricultural and rural informatization is an important means to solve the problems of "Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers" and realize rural revitalization. This paper explores the roles of informatization in rural revitalization, and ways to measure the level of informatization, so as to provide reference for policy makers.【Method/process】Based on existing research results, the authors construct the logical framework and the measurement index system of informatization services,and feed data from 18 cities and counties of Hainan into the Entropy Weight-TOPSIS Model and Cluster Analysis to measure the agricultural and rural informatization level of Hainan Province.【Result/conclusion】The results show that there are regional differences in Hainan province’s agricultural and rural informatization, which can be generally divided into two levels and four categories. In response to regional disparity, the authors put forward corresponding measures to identify key priorities in the promotion of agricultural and rural informatization in Hainan Province.【Innovation/limitation】This study is expected to enrich the research on agricultural and rural informatization. However, the measurement index system should consider the individual factors of rural population and make the index system both quantitative and qualitative.
