摘　　要：教育智库是政府或高校领导者教育决策的最强“外脑”,是教育或影响公众行为的有力武器,是教育政策制定者的智囊团,在教育事务发展中起到十分重要的作用。在国家教育数字化方针政策的指引下,在浙江省高教强省战略的部署下,“高教强省发展战略与评价研究中心”以自身所依托的学科,利用所在高校的学科特色和优势,以“双一流”建设为目标,为浙江省高等教育事业强省建设和发展提供对策咨询、政策建议、规划方案,并依托学科交叉创新团队,实现学科跨界交叉发展,不断加强学科建设、扩大学科门类,培育和发展优势学科和特色学科,为高校“双一流”建设赋能。Educational think tank is the strongest"external brain"of government or university education decision-making,a powerful weapon to educate or influence public behavior,and a think tank for educational policy makers,which plays a very important role in educational development affairs.In digital policies under the guidance of the national education,higher education strong province of zhejiang province under the deployment of strategy,"the strong province development strategy and evaluation research center of higher education"for itself by relying on the subject,use the discipline characteristic and the superiority of university,according to the construction of"double first-class"as the goal,for the cause of higher education in zhejiang province strong province construction and development to provide countermeasure advice,policy advice,planning,Relying on interdisciplinary innovation teams,we will realize interdisciplinary development,constantly strengthen disciplinary construction,expand disciplinary categories,cultivate and develop advantageous disciplines and characteristic disciplines,and empower the construction of"double first-class"in university.
