摘　　要：随着社会的快速发展,国家对于人才的需要越来越强烈,尤其是对专业性的人才,所以高等职业技术院校的发展在整个教育事业中及其重要,为促进高等教育质量的提升,研究院校就业质量对学校往后建设和发展有重要的意义。本文基于浙江金融职业学院2016届-2018届毕业生三年后的就业调查数据,研究高校培养对大学生就业质量产生的影响,对毕业生就业质量进行评估研究,从而推进高等职业技术院校今后教育工作的发展。With the rapid development of society,the country's need for talents is getting stronger and stronger,especially for professional talents,so the development of higher vocational and technical colleges and universities is important in the whole education business,and in order to promote the improvement of higher education quality,it is important to study the employment quality of colleges and universities for the future construction and development of schools.Based on the employment survey data of 2016-2018 graduates of Zhejiang Financial Vocational College,this paper studies the influence of college cultivation on the employment quality of college students,and conducts evaluation research on the employment quality of graduates,so as to promote the future development of higher vocational and technical colleges and universities'education work.
