摘 要:国内某660 MW燃煤电厂项目首次对GE公司汽轮发电机采用常规刚性基础。为保证基座的设计质量,根据《动力机器基础设计规范》GB 50040-2020和厂家标准《汽轮发电机组基础设计导则》(HTGD655066)2种标准分别对汽机基座使用SAP2000进行动力分析,并对基于不同标准下振动计算结果进行对比,获得了该新型机组具有良好动力特性的基座结构形式,可供同类机组设计参考。In a 660 MW coal-fired power plant project in China,the conventional rigid foundation is adopted for the steam turbine generator foundation of GE company for the first time.In previous domestic projects,the base of GE steam turbine is spring vibration isolation foundation.In the design of the steam turbine base of this project,in order to ensure the design quality of the base,SAP2000 is used for force analysis of the steam turbine base according to the code for design of power machine foundation(GB 50040-2020)and the GE manufacturer’s standard guide for design of steam turbine generator unit foundation(HTGD655066),and the vibration calculation results based on different standards are compared,The base structure with good dynamic characteristics of the new unit is obtained,which can be used as a reference for the design of similar units.
