摘 要:磨煤机、引风机等发电厂主要辅机基础多采用桩基础,采用美标设计的项目中,业主咨询通常要求设备基础的动力分析考虑桩基约束作用的影响。ACI351.3R是国际广泛认可的动力分析依据,该标准给出了不同地基的阻抗计算方法,并对动力设备基础的性能评价准则进行了规定,Dynamic Stiffness and Damping of Piles(by Milos Novak)又给出了桩基阻抗的计算方法。文章通过工程实例分析,给出了桩基动力设备基础的动力分析过程,介绍了桩基阻抗计算、模型简化原则、扰力施加过程、动力性能评价等内容,为海外工程辅机基础动力分析提供了参考。Deep foundation is mostly used for the foundation of main auxiliary machines in power plants such as coal mills and induced draught fans.The dynamic analysis considering the impact of pile foundation is one of the top concerns of the consulting team.And these problems can be solved in accordance with the method given in ACI351.3 R,and the vibration performance is evaluated according to the evaluation criteria given in the standard.The Dynamic Stiffness and Damping of Piles(by Milos Novak)gives the calculation method of pile foundation impedance.Based on the analysis of engineering example,the dynamic analysis process of natural foundation is presented,which provides a reference for the dynamic analysis for foundation of auxiliary machine in overseas projects.
