“双高”背景下深度产教融合课程实施模式探究——以芜湖职业技术学院汽车类专业为例

摘  要:在“双高”建设和提质培优行动计划实施的背景下,高职院校更加注重内涵建设,其核心任务是培养高素质复合型技术技能人才,而课堂革命是提升人才培养质量的最直接、最重要的手段之一。随着智能制造汽车产业新技术的快速发展和产教融合的深度推进,汽车类专业课程模式迫切需要课堂革命来进行创新实践。新课程实施模式突出深度产教融合的特征,以“工作岗位+任务驱动”来实施,运用“互联网+”在线资源多方法有机组织课堂,融合“企业新技术、行业新标准”,实施“以学生为中心,教师引导”的教学过程,以达到为智能制造汽车产业培养高素质复合型专业技术技能人才的目的。With the implementation of“Double High-level”construction and the action plan for quality improvement and talent training,higher vocational institutes attach more importance to inner construction,with the high-quality inter-disciplinary technical talents training as their core task,while classroom revolution serves as the most important and direct way to improving talent-training quality.With rapid development of new technologies in the intelligent automotive manufacturing industry and continuous deepening of industry-education integration,there is an urgent need of the automobile specialty to conduct innovative practice through classroom revolution.The new curriculum model is designed to highlight the industry-education integration and implemented in the“job-post+task-driven”mode.In this model integrating“new corporate technologies and industrial standards”,class teaching is organically organized with“Internet+”online resource,the“student-centered teacher-guided”teaching process is carried out,so as to realize the high-quality inter-disciplinary technical talents training for the intelligent automotive manufacturing.Based on comparative analytical data through the multi-dimensional quantitative experiments made on the core content of“curriculum implementation model”and“curriculum content and organization”,it has been verified that the new curriculum implementation model obviously has its advantages.
