摘　　要：工程教育专业认证对提高我国高等工程教育培养质量具有重要意义。对照“一切以学生为中心”的认证理念,学生发展不平衡的问题是当前创新创业教育亟需突破的瓶颈。高校创新创业教育改革的“底线思维”包括以学生为中心的全员覆盖思维、成果导向的全员设计思维和持续改进的纠偏扶正思维等。专业认证与创新创业教育的互为联动,可助力工程专业认证的顺利实施以及创新创业教育质量的提升。Engineering Education Accreditation is of great significance to improve the training quality of higher engineering education in China.Compared with the certification concept of all studentcentered,the problem of unbalanced student development is the bottlenecks that needs to be broken through in current innovation and entrepreneurship education.The"bottom line thinking"of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities includes student-centered full coverage thinking,results-oriented full design thinking,and continuous improvement correction and righting thinking.The interaction between professional certification and innovation and entrepreneurship education can help the smooth implementation of certification and the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education quality.
