摘　　要：研究生导学关系对保障研究生培养质量、健全高校管理具有至关重要的意义。通过对9位导师和25位研究生的深度访谈,研究发现导学关系类型有“命令型”、“合作型”及“松散型”三种。导学关系类型并非基于学生的特点而定,更多的是取决于导师个人因素。导师没有针对研究生的不同需求与特点进行指导,导致师生交往不交心、培养目标认知不统一等问题。改进导学关系,除构建合理的教学科研评价体制外,关键是完善导师的培训制度,鼓励导师根据研究生的特点、成熟度选择不同的指导行为。The postgraduate-tutor relationship is of vital significance to ensure the quality of postgraduate training and improve the management of universities.Through in-depth interviews with 9 tutors and 25 postgraduates,the study finds that there are three types of mentoring relationships:command,cooperative and loose.This type of development is not based on the characteristics of the students,but more on the personal factors of the tutors.As a result,the guidance methods for postgraduates with different needs and characteristics are convergent,resulting in the guidance of the students and the lack of friendship,and the single cognition of the training goal.In order to improve the mentoring relationship,the key is to improve the training system for tutors,and encourage tutors to choose different guidance behaviors according to the characteristics and maturity of postgraduates,in addition to building a reasonable teaching and research evaluation system.
