摘　　要：基层政治参与是我国民主政治的重要内容,而选举投票是基层政治参与的主要制度化环节。基于CGSS2017数据的统计显示,年龄、户籍、政治面貌、受教育程度是显著影响基层政治参与的因素。年龄与基层政治参与比率呈倒U型关系,这与年龄增长带来的身份变化和注意力分配有关;城乡基层政治参与比率几乎持平,这得益于政府采取的积极民生举措;政治面貌显著正向影响基层政治参与,除政治认同外,党组织工作机制也持续吸引着党员注意力;受教育程度显著负向影响基层政治参与,这一方面缘于教育身份带来的科学理性,另一方面缘于教育阶层流动下的注意力转移。对此,应进一步加快构建青年政治参与机制、加速推进城乡融合、加强党政宣传教育、丰富政治民主网络参与新形式。Grass-roots political participation is an important part of China’s democratic politics,and election voting is an important link of grass-roots political participation.Age,registered residence,political affiliation and education level are the significant factors that affect the grass-roots political participation.Age has an inverted U-shaped relationship with the grass-roots political participation rate,which is related to the changes in identity and attention distribution by age;the ratio of urban and rural grass-roots political participation is almost the same,thanks to the government’s active livelihood measures;the political affiliation has a significant positive impact on the grass-roots political participation,in addition to political recognition,the working mechanism of party organizations also attract the attention of party members;the level of education has a significant negative impact on the grass-roots political participation,on the one hand,it stems from the scientific rationality of educational identity,and on the other hand,it stems from the diversion of attention under the mobility of the educational class.In this regard,it is necessary to further accelerate the construction of a youth political participation mechanism,accelerate the integration of urban and rural areas,strengthen the propaganda and education of the party and government,and enrich new forms of political democratic network participation.
