摘  要:对带有余热回收系统的完全预混中餐炒菜灶进行设计,将其作为试验对象,在额定热负荷30 kW条件下,确定中餐炒菜灶的最佳过剩空气系数、最佳冷水质量流量及最佳排风机电压。试验研究热负荷对燃烧器热效率、污染物排放量的影响,确定热负荷调节范围。中餐炒菜灶的总热效率分为燃烧器热效率、余热回收热效率。在额定热负荷(30 k W)、冷水质量流量为6 kg/min、排风机电压为3 V条件下,燃烧器热效率随着过剩空气系数减小而增大,烟气中一氧化碳、氮氧化物的体积分数均随过剩空气系数减小而增大。综合考虑相关标准对中餐炒菜灶烟气中一氧化碳体积分数的限值(0.1%)以及燃烧器热效率,过剩空气系数取1.038。在额定热负荷、过剩空气系数为1.038、排风机电压为3 V条件下,余热回收热效率随冷水质量流量的增大而增大。由实测结果可知,换热器进出水温差随冷水质量流量的增大而降低。由于试验要求换热器进出水温差应控制在20℃左右,因此将冷水质量流量设定在5 kg/min。在额定热负荷、过剩空气系数为1.038、冷水质量流量为5 kg/min条件下,中餐炒菜灶燃烧器热效率随排风机电压增大而减小。为保证燃烧器热效率,排风机电压取1 V。在过剩空气系数为1.038、冷水质量流量为5 kg/min、排风机电压为1 V条件下,燃烧器热效率随热负荷增大而减小,烟气中一氧化碳体积分数、烟气中氮氧化物体积分数随热负荷增大而增大。热负荷在10.32~33.04 k W范围内,燃烧器工作正常,无回火、无脱火、无明显黄焰,燃烧器热效率及污染物排放量均满足标准要求,中餐炒菜灶有较宽的热负荷调节范围。A complete premixed Chinese cooking stove with waste heat recovery system was designed,and it was used as a test object to determine the optimal excess air coefficient,the optimal cold water mass flow rate and the optimal exhaust fan voltage of Chinese cooking stove under the rated heat load of 30 kW.The influence of the heat load on the thermal efficiency and pollutant emission of the burner was studied experimentally,and the heat load regulation range was determined.The total thermal efficiency of Chinese cooking stove is divided into burner thermal efficiency and waste heat recovery thermal efficiency.Under the conditions of rated heat load(30 k W),cold water mass flow rate of 6 kg/min and exhaust fan voltage of 3 V,the thermal efficiency of the burner increases with the decrease of excess air coefficient,the volume fractions of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides in the flue gas increase with the decrease of excess air coefficient.Overall considering the relevant standards for the limit of carbon monoxide volume fraction(0.1%)in the flue gas of Chinese cooking stove and the thermal efficiency of the burner,the excess air coefficient is taken as1.038.Under the conditions of rated heat load,excess air coefficient of 1.038 and exhaust fan voltage of 3 V,the waste heat recovery thermal efficiency increases with the increase of cold water mass flow rate.It can be seen from the measured results that the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water of the heat exchanger decreases with the increase of cold water mass flow rate.Because the test requires that the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water of the heat exchanger should be controlled at around 20℃,the cold water mass flow rate should be set at 5 kg/min.Under the conditions of rated heat load,excess air coefficient of 1.038 and cold water mass flow rate of 5 kg/min,the thermal efficiency of the burner of Chinese cooking stove decreases with the increase of the exhaust fan voltage.To ensure the thermal efficiency of the burner,
