摘 要:为解决人工清理煤矿水仓时存在的工作强度大、危险系数高、工作效率低等问题,提出了以水仓清理机器人取代人工对水仓进行清理,从而降低清仓工人的工作强度与风险的思路。研发一种水仓清理机器人系统,该系统集煤泥自主挖掘、脱水与运输于一体,实现煤矿井下水仓煤泥及时高效清理,文章详细介绍该系统组成、原理及功能,并通过使用案列分析水仓清理机器人的清仓效果。应用结果表明,该水仓清理机器人系统适合煤矿井下水仓煤泥的清理工作,对实现煤矿智能化建设具有重要意义。Aiming at the high labor intensity,high risk and low efficiency in water bin cleaning of underground coal mine,a water bin cleaning robot was used to replace human labor,thus to reduce labor intensity and risk of the cleaning workers.A water bin cleaning robot system was developed,which integrated coal slime excavation,dewatering and transportation,thus to timely and efficiently clean the coal slime in the water bins.The system composition,principle and function was introduced in detail.The cleaning effect of the robot was analyzed through case studies.The application results show that,the water bin cleaning robot system is suitable for coal slime cleaning of underground coal mine water bin,which is of great significance for the intelligentization of coal mine.
