摘　　要：环境伦理问题与公共卫生问题的研究密不可分。公共卫生取决于一系列文化因素,包括对自然的审美与人文观的变化。消费社会的发展,对环境意识的形成有极大的负面影响,也影响了相关的公共卫生水平。数千年来,民族文化的价值观一直引导人们与环境和谐互动,而全球消费社会的价值观与之相悖,以完全驯服自然为目的,以形成舒适生活为利益,让全世界越来越多的人遵循其消费者行为,即不惜一切代价,包括以破坏自然本身为代价,来满足个人舒适感的普遍规则。但是,公共卫生的人文观和审美的发展,也许可以改变这种消极状况。这类研究也需要有适当的研究方法。在社会学与哲学的理论整合趋势上,例如历史社会学这样有代表意义的整合基础之上,可以创造这种研究方法。公共卫生美学研究进展,其理论依据建立在环境社会学与哲学的方法论基础上。The issues of environmental ethics are inextricably linked with the study of public health problems.Public health is determined by a set of cultural factors,including the changes in art and aesthetic human perception of nature.The development of a consumer society has a significant negative impact on the formation of environmental awareness and,accordingly,on the level of public health.The values of the global consumer society,orienting people to the total submission of nature to the interests of forming a comfortable life,directly contradict the values of national cultures,which have guided people for harmonious interaction with the environment for thousands of years,suppressing the latter,forcing an increasing number of people around the world to follow their consumer behavior of the universal strategy of creating personal comfort at all costs,including at the cost of degradation of nature itself.However,the changes of the negative situation are possible due to the development of the art and aesthetics of public health.Similar studies also require the formation of an adequate research method.Such a method can be created on the basis of the integration of efforts of representatives of such an integral theoretical trend in sociology and philosophy as historical sociology.Theoretical aspects of the development of research on the aesthetics of public health are based on the methodology of environmental sociology and philosophy.
