摘　　要：为了给国产民用飞机在ETOPS型号设计批准时提供一些关于成熟度、可靠性和事件报告方面的可以借鉴的经验,分别进行了3个方面的研究,包括可靠性的设计质量保证过程,影响设计成熟度和可靠性的指标,ETOPS事件报告、跟踪和解决。研究结果给出了主机厂申请人在飞机设计、验证期间可以借鉴的成熟度、可靠性评估与事件报告过程,以及相关流程和程序的建立方法,为ETOPS型号合格审定批准打下坚实的基础。In order to provide some useful lessons for domestic civil aircraft in terms of maturity,reliability and events reporting when ETOPS model design is approved,study on three aspects are carried out.These studies include design quality assurance processes for reliability,indicators that affect design maturity and reliability,and ETOPS events reporting,tracking and resolution.The study results provide the process of maturity,reliability assessment and events reporting that the applicant can learn from during aircraft design and validation,as well as the establishment method of related processes and procedures,laying a solid foundation for ETOPS model qualification approval.
