摘　　要：中国共产党百年奋斗的历史进程也是培养和造就一代代接班人的历史进程。新民主主义革命时期,党有计划地培养大批新干部;社会主义革命和建设时期,党培养和造就千百万无产阶级革命事业的接班人;改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期,党按照“四化”标准选拔德才兼备的人进班子;中国特色社会主义新时代,党培养造就大批堪当时代重任的接班人。在百年接班人培养中,党一直坚持抓好后继有人这一根本大计,坚持德才兼备、以德为先的标准,坚持马克思主义理论教育,坚持以青少年和年轻干部为基本对象。The century-long struggle of the CPC is also a historical process of training and nurturing generations of its successors.During the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the Party systematically trained a large number of new cadres;during the period of socialist revolution and construction,it trained and nurtured millions of successors for the revolutionary cause of the proletariat;As for the period of reform,opening up and socialist modernization,the CPC selected people with both virtue and talent to join its ranks according to the four criteria for Party leaders;in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Party has cultivated a wealth of successors who can take up the important responsibilities of the times.In the training of successors over the past hundred years,the Party has always persisted in the fundamental plan of having good successors,adhering to the criteria of virtue and talent and that of integrity first,laying empasis on the education of Marxist theory,sticking to training and growth in practice,and foregrounding youth and young cadres as the basic targets.
