摘　　要：企业家是现代社会经济发展的关键要素。企业家的创新创业活动使其成为经济活动和经济发展的创造性力量;企业家需要承担各种未知的风险,且存在极高的淘汰率,这使其成为一种稀缺资源。从18世纪以来的经济学理论都将承担创新创业的劳动和风险作为衡量企业家身份的标准。英国工业革命时期的企业家群体的创新创业劳动促成了现代大工业的产生、发展和兴起,企业家群体在募集资本和创办企业过程中发挥创业职能,在创制和实施保证生产秩序的工厂纪律、创造市场需求以完成商品销售等劳动中发挥创新职能。马克思在简单劳动与复杂劳动的论述中,早已明确了企业家的属性和企业家劳动的性质问题。在新时代中国特色社会主义建设中,需要正确看待企业家与普通劳动者的关系,继续激发中国的经济活力。Entrepreneurs are the key elements of modern social and economic development.Entrepreneurs’innovative and entrepreneurial activities make them a creative force for economic activities and economic development.Entrepreneurs need to undertake various unknown risks,and there is a very high elimination rate,which makes them a scarce resource.Since the 18 th century,economic theories have taken the labor and risk of innovation and entrepreneurship as the standard to measure the identity of the entrepreneur.The innovative and entrepreneurial labor of the entrepreneur group during the British Industrial Revolution contributed to the emergence,development and rise of modern large-scale industry.The entrepreneur group played the entrepreneurial function in the process of raising capital and starting a business,and created and implemented the factory discipline,factory discipline,and production order that ensured the production order,and played an innovative function in creating market demand to complete commodity sales and other labor.In his discussion of simple labor and complex labor,Marx has already clarified the attributes of entrepreneurs and the nature of entrepreneurial labor.In the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it is necessary to correctly view the relationship between entrepreneurs and the general public,and continue to stimulate China’s economic vitality.
