摘　　要：目的:探讨赖氨酰氧化酶(LOX)和金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法:以2018年1月-2019年12月诊治的AIS患者53例为研究组,同期健康体检者56例为对照组,研究组入院时采集静脉血检测同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、葡萄糖(Glu)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、LOX和MMP-9水平,并与对照组比较。结果:LOX在AIS组的表达明显低于对照组,而MMP-9在AIS组表达明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);使用受试者工作曲线得到LOX的cut-off值为2.16 U/ml(AUC:0.386,95%CI:0.281-0.491),MMP-9的cut-off值为11.17 ng/ml(AUC:0.635,95%CI:0.528-0.742)。结论:AIS发生时LOX表达下降,MMP-9表达上升,LOX和MMP-9的表达变化可能参与了AIS患者疾病的发生和发展。Objective:To explore the expresss and clinical significance of lysyl oxidase(LOX)and metalloprotese-9(MMP-9)in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:53 patients with AIS were classified as research group and 56 health checker as control group,the levels of HCY,Glu,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,TC,the LOX and MMP-9 were detected and compared between the two groups.Results:The of level in AIS group was lower than that in the normal control group,the expression of MMP-9 level in AIS group was higher than that in the normal control group(P<0.05). The cut-off value from the subjects working curve to LOX was 2.16 U/ml(AUC:0.386,95%CI:0.281-0.491),the MMP-9 cutoff value was 11.17 ng/mL(AUC:0.635,95%CI:0.528-0.742).Conclusion:The expression of LOX decreased when acute ischemic stroke occurred while the expression of MMP-9 increased,which they mybe involved in the occurrence and development of the disease in AIS patients.
