摘 要:在质的规定性上,普及化高等教育释放的是一种"质量"信号,高质量的人才培养是其本质要义。一流本科教育属于一种追求质量卓越、旨在培养一流本科人才的教育理念、模式和实践活动,是普及化高等教育的内生构件,应当成为全体本科院校的普遍诉求、一致行动和实践方向。普及化阶段的一流本科教育具有个性化、整全性、创新性和适应性等基本特征。推进一流本科教育的纵深发展,需要分类定位人才培养目标,供给多样化的高质量人才;强化通专、学科和教研融合发展,优化人才培养组织方式;推进学习范式教学革命,构筑学生中心教学文化;打造政产学协同育人共同体,实现人才培养效益最大化。In terms of qualitative regulations,popularized higher education releases a“quality”signal,and high-quality talent training is its essence.First-class undergraduate education is a kind of educational philosophy,mode and practical activity,whose purpose is to pursue excellence in quality and cultivate first-class undergraduate talents.It is an endogenous component of popularization of higher education and should become the universal appeal,concerted action and practical direction of all undergraduate universities.The first-class undergraduate education in the popularization stage has such basic characteristics as individualization,integrity,innovation and adaptability.To promote the indepth development of first-class undergraduate education,it is necessary to classify and locate talent training goals and provide diversified high-quality talents;strengthen the integrated development of general and professional education,disciplines,teaching and research,and optimize the organization of talent training;promote the teaching revolution of learning paradigm,and build a student-centered teaching culture;create a collaborative education community of government,industry and academia,and drive talent training to maximize the benefits.
