摘 要:教育供给侧改革是在新时代背景下我国为解决教育供需矛盾以更好满足社会经济发展对人才质量诉求而提出的重要政策。新时代背景下,面对更为多元的教育需求,建设一流课程,必须坚持需求导向的实践逻辑、质量优先的评价逻辑、以学生为中心的人本逻辑。策应教育供给侧改革,进一步厘清当下一流本科课程发展的实然困境,应坚持"立德树人"的政治站位,以生为本的理念落地、保障课程政策的上下联动、狠抓两性一度的课程内涵转变,从关涉一流课程建设发展的多因素入手,多措并举策应教育供给侧改革,观照一流课程建设现实路径。The supply-side reform of education is an important policy put forward by China in the new era to solve the contradiction between supply and demand in education in order to better meet the demand for talent quality in social and economic development.Under this background,in the face of more diversified educational needs,the construction of first-class curriculum must adhere to the logic of demand-oriented practice,the logic of quality-oriented evaluation,and the logic of student-centered humanism.In response to the education supply-side reform,to further clarify the real dilemma of the current development of first-class undergraduate courses,we should adhere to the political position of“establishing moral education”,implement the student-centered concept,ensure the up-and-down linkage of the curriculum policy,and pay close attention to the connotation transformation of the“advanced,creative and chanlleging”curriculum.We should start from the multiple factors related to the development of first-class curriculum construction,take multiple measures to respond to the education supply-side reform,and observe the realistic path of first-class curriculum construction.
