摘　　要：马克思之后,对异化概念的解释和应用伴随着社会的发展呈现复杂化和多元化的特征。虽然在发达工业社会具有不同于马克思时代的劳动形式,但研究马克思的劳动异化理论不仅需要关注马克思时代的劳动的表现形式及异化原因,而且需要对马克思劳动异化的四个规定的内在特性进行深入理解和挖掘,对我们理解发达工业社会的劳动异化情况有重要启示。After Marx,the interpretation and application of the concept of alienation has been complicated and diversified with the development of society.While in the developed industrial society is different from the era of Marx labor form,but the study of Marx’s theory of labor alienation not only need to pay attention to the forms and the era of Marx labor alienation,but also need to four rules of Marx’s alienation of labor intrinsic characteristics of the in-depth understanding and mining,in our understanding of labor alienation situation of the developed industrial society has important implications.
