摘　　要：本文以1996-2015年我国汽车产业142家整车生产企业为样本,探究知识重组对技术创新绩效的影响,并剖析三种主要知识基础关系特征对知识重组与技术创新绩效关系的调节作用。研究发现,研发者网络集聚性与平均路径的提高有助于提升知识重组的潜在可能性对创新绩效的正向作用;研发者网络平均连接数的上升将提升知识重组协作成本,对创新绩效有负向作用;知识基础关系特征对知识重组与创新绩效有显著的调节作用:(1)知识替代性负向调节知识重组潜在可能性对技术创新绩效的积极作用,(2)知识互补性正向调节知识重组潜在可能性对技术创新绩效的积极作用,(3)知识多样性负向调节知识重组协作成本对技术创新绩效的影响作用。研究丰富了现有文献,对企业优化知识管理与提升知识重组效率等问题具有指导意义。With the advent of knowledge economy era, knowledge creation and technological innovation have become the most important part in firm’s competition. Studies between innovation performance and knowledge base have accumulated profound literature. However, there are relatively few studies on technology innovation performance from the dimension of knowledge relationship characteristics, and it is still difficult to analyses the mechanism of knowledge recombination effect on technology innovation performance. Therefore, this paper explores the impact of knowledge recombination on technological innovation from two dimensions: the recombinative potential and the coordination cost. Furthermore, by introducing the knowledge relationship characteristics, which are substitutability, complementarity and variety, as moderating variables, this paper reveals the moderate effect of knowledge structure properties on the relationship between knowledge recombination and technological innovation performance. We use the panel data of the 142 Chinese automotive firms during the 1996-2015 period to explore how knowledge recombination contributes to their technology innovation performance. In addition, we construct the firm’s researcher network by Ucinet in order to measure the recombinative potential and the coordination cost during firm’s recombination process. Major findings are as follows:(i) the potential of recombination boosts innovation performance;cluster coefficient and average path have positive effect on innovation performance.(ii) The coordination cost of recombination adversely affects innovation performance;both the average link per invention and inventor have negative effect on innovation performance.(iii) The knowledge relationship characteristics, which are substitutability, complementarity and variety, are proven to be significant for the moderate effect between recombination and innovation performance;the knowledge characteristic of substitutability adversely moderates the positive effect between the potential
