摘 要:通过分析电子拉伸试验机在受力时整体与各部件的变化情况,归纳总结出了一种可以简便计算试验机刚度的方法,并对Zwick Z400与Zwick Z250型电子拉伸试验机进行了刚度计算。结果表明:通过对试验机各部件的刚度整合分析,可得到丝杠弹性模量与横截面积的乘积以及试验机其余部件的刚度,从而计算出横梁位于不同位置时试验机的总刚度。Through analyzing the changes of whole and parts of the electronic tensile testing machine under stress, a simple method for calculating the stiffness of testing machine was summarized, and stiffness calculation of Zwick Z400 and Zwick Z250 tensile testing machine were carried out. The results show that through stiffness integration analysis of each part of the testing machine, product of elastic modulus and sectional area of leading screw and stiffness of the rest parts of testing machine can be obtained to calculate the total stiffness of testing machine when the crossbeam was in different positions.
