摘  要:改革开放以来,随着居民收入水平的不断提高,居民收入来源结构也发生变化,其中财产性收入增长较快,对收入差距的影响增大。本文聚焦我国城镇居民财产性收入的现实特征,通过构建两部门模型,分析体现收入结构的财产性收入份额以及作为驱动因素的教育投入与劳动者收入差距的作用机理,同时运用2000~2017年全国31个省份的省级数据进行分区域面板回归与门槛效应检验。研究表明,财产性收入在可支配收入中所占份额的提升对劳动者收入差距具有扩大作用,同时这一作用在全国层面及东部地区存在教育投入的调节效应,教育投入的增加能够对收入差距形成收敛作用,并且教育投入对财产性收入份额的门槛效应具有显著区域异质性特征。Since the reform and opening up,the residents’income level has been continuously increased and the source of residents’income structure has changed.While at this stage,the impact of residents’property income which has increased rapidly on the income gap has also become increasingly prominent.This paper focused on the realistic characteristics of urban residents’property income in China.By constructing the two-sector model under closed economic conditions,it discussed the mechanism of the property income share reflecting income structure and the educational investment reflecting influential factor on the income gap.Meanwhile,it conducted the empirical tests with applying the provincial panel data of 31 national wide regions from 2000 to 2017 based on the regional economic development biased by different factors.The research indicated that the increase of the property income share has a positive effect on the income gap,and it also has an adjustment effect of educational investment in national level and eastern region which behaves as educational investment has a convergence effect on the income gap.The threshold effect of educational investment on the property income share has significant regional heterogeneity.
