摘　　要：目的通过调查医务人员对静脉给药方法书面表达的认知水平现状,探讨规范静脉给药书面表达的重要性。方法对各医疗机构医师、药师及护士开展“静脉给药方法书面表达的认知情况”问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷767份。受访者中高达75.10%的错误认为静脉注射是静脉滴注和静脉推注的统称;59.19%认为静脉注射英文表达为intravenous injection,7.69%认为静脉滴注英文表达为intravenous infusion;仅有50.85%认为“静脉注射”的英文缩写表达为iv,88.66%认为“静脉滴注”英文缩写表达为iv gtt。对受访者单位医嘱系统中静脉给药途径表达的调查,正确选择静脉注射和静脉滴注的只有不到10%;对医嘱系统中“静脉注射、静脉滴注”中文表达方法填写基本符合的分别为46.28%、65.97%。结论静脉给药方法的书面表达在医务人员中存在一定比例的混淆。应遵循药典的要求,统一规范表达,并加强开展对医务人员静脉给药方法规范化表达的培训和宣教。AIM To explore the importance of standardizing expression of intravenous administration method by investigating the present situation of medical staff’s cognition of written expression of intravenous administration.METHODS Questionnaires about“cognition of written expression of intravenous administration method”were conducted on doctors,pharmacists and nurses.RESULTS Totally 767 valid questionnaires were collected.The 75.10%respondents mistakenly considered that intravenous drip and intravenous injection were collectively called intravenous injection.The 59.19%respondents considered that intravenous injection was expressed as“intravenous injection”,and 7.69%respondents considered that intravenous drip was expressed as“intravenous injection”.Only 50.85%respondents considered that the intravenous injection contracted to iv,and 88.66%respondents considered that the intravenous drip contracted to iv gtt.Only less than 10%of the respondents chose intravenous injection and intravenous drip in their hospital information systems,46.28%and 65.97%respondents wrote substantially correct about the Chinese expressions of“intravenous injection and intravenous drip”.CONCLUSION There are some confusions among medical staff in the expression of intravenous administration methods.We should follow the requirements of pharmacopoeia,unify and standardize the expression,and strengthen the training and education on the standardized expression of intravenous administration methods for medical staff.
