摘　　要：报告1例婴儿上皮样血管瘤。患儿男,8个月。出生时肛门左侧可见一花生大肿物。皮肤科检查:肛门左侧一棕红色2.0 cm×2.5 cm柔软肿物,表面轻微皱缩,肿物边缘破溃。皮损组织病理检查:表皮大致正常,真皮和皮下组织可见小至中等血管增生,增生的血管内皮细胞肿胀,突向管腔,血管周围淋巴细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞广泛浸润。免疫组化示血管壁CD31及CD34均阳性。诊断:上皮样血管瘤。A case of infantile epithelioid hemangioma(EH)is reported.A 8-month-old boy presented with a peanut-sized mass on the left side of the anus at birth.Physical examination showed a red and brown nodule(2.0 cm×2.5 cm)with a shrunk surface and an ulcerated edge.Histopathological examination revealed the normal epidermis.Mild to moderate vascular hyper plasia was seen in the dermis and subcutaneous.The proliferating vascular endothelial cells swelled and protruded into the lu men,and the perivascular lymphocytes and eosinophils were extensively infiltrated.Immunohistochemical examination showed the cells were positive for CD31 and CD34.The diagnosis of EH was made.
