摘　　要：为全面提高朝阳市小学生身体素质,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法,对“双减”政策下朝阳市10所小学校内一小时体育活动的现状进行深入分析.结果表明:所调查的10所小学校内一小时体育活动虽在开展,但存在体育师资不足,年龄、职称、学历结构不合理,场地生均面积小、体操器械不完善,练习内容设置简单等问题.对此提出了加强师资队伍建设,扩容场地面积、增加体育器材等设施投入,丰富体育活动内容等建议.所提措施能更好地促进朝阳市小学校内一小时体育活动的良性发展,推动“双减”政策的有效落实.In order to comprehensively improve the physical fitness of primary school students in Chaoyang city,the current situation of one-hour sports activities in 10 primary schools in Chaoyang city under the″double reduction″policy was analyzed in depth by using the documentation method,questionnaire survey and other methods.The results showed that one-hour physical activities were carried out in the 10 primary schools surveyed,but there were some problems such as insufficient physical education teachers,unreasonable structure of age,professional title and educational background,small average area of the field per student,imperfect gymnastic equipment,and simple setting of exercise content.In view of this,some suggestions were proposed to strengthen the construction of teachers,expand the area of venues,increase the investment in sports equipment and other facilities,and enrich the content of sports activities.The measures proposed can better promote the benign development of one-hour sports activities in primary schools in Chaoyang city and promote the effective implementation of the″double reduction″policy.
