摘　　要：引领性创新是充分吸取二次创新、组合创新和全面创新理论养分基础上的新创新范式,植根于中国企业发展的路径和现实困境,既是全面创新管理理论的继承发扬,又是数字时代企业高质量发展的底层逻辑。引领性创新范式是在国家、行业、企业共同作用下,企业以价值实现、社会责任为追求,长期主义、开放共享、价值共创、意义发展为遵循的引领性创新认知模式指导企业创新实践的系统性创新模型。本文从企业层、行业层、国家层三层分析了引领性创新的结构构件,企业层主要聚焦核心表征的归纳、形成机制的梳理、作用机制的挖掘;行业层主要聚焦创新引领范式下的行业中观生态的典型特征及生态构建路径的刻画;国家层主要关注面向未来的创新规划、知识产权为核心的创新治理和资源层面的创新保障等。The innovation situation determines the evolution trend of innovation paradigm.The main logic of this study is to critically examine the deficiencies of existing theories from the perspective of practical difficulties and theoretical problems.On this basis,it deduces and constructs a new theoretical paradigm by combining existing literature and empirical generalization of enterprise practice.First of all,the era of digital economy,global economic downturn and prevailing trade protectionism challenges the existing innovation paradigm.Considering the classical innovation paradigm,it can be found that both the comprehensive innovation management paradigm and the external innovation paradigm,such as inclusive innovation and responsible innovation,fail in many contexts.The main crux of the problem lies in the lack of thinking on the concept of innovation.The subjective initiative of the concept of enterprise innovation in the digital era is of great significance to innovation.The research on how to alleviate the collaborative pressure of innovation subjects is not clear.In the case of enterprise boundary ambiguity,innovation elements still need to be defined across boundaries.Secondly,facing the double dilemma of reality and theory,In 2018,Academician Xu Qingrui put forward the concept of Leading Innovation based on the experience of overseas enterprises’Innovation breakthroughs and made pioneering work.Combined with previous studies,this paper combs out the basic connotation of leading innovation and enriches the connotation and extension of this concept.The research concludes that the leading innovation paradigm is a systematic innovation model under the joint action of the state,the industry and the enterprise.The enterprise can pursue the value realization and social responsibility,and follow the long-term principle,open sharing and value co-creation.Leading innovation is the fourth-generation innovation paradigm based on the nutrient of secondary innovation,combination innovation and comprehensive innovation th
