摘  要:目的评价一种新型超透明氧化锆体外经受低温老化后的颜色和结构稳定性。方法制备不同厚度(0.5、1.0、1.2和1.5 mm)的Katana UTML(KU)氧化锆试件各5枚,使用牙科色度计测量试件的CIE L^*a^*b^*参数,计算各个厚度的老化前后(温度134℃、压力0.2 MPa的高压灭菌锅内持续20 h)的色差值(ΔE),并利用统计软件SPSS 21.0对ΔE进行统计分析。同时,在老化前后分别对试件进行X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析,用以评价KU体外老化后的结构稳定性。结果不同厚度的KU在老化前后的色差值(ΔE)范围为0.96~1.50,均在临床可接受的范围之内。X射线衍射图和扫描电镜结果发现,KU老化前后的晶相和表面微观形态(如晶粒尺寸)未发生明显变化。结论无论是否老化,Katana UTML具有较好的颜色和结构稳定性。Objective To evaluate the color and structural stability of a novel ultra-transparent zirconia ceramic after aging in vitro.Methods Test-pieces of a novel ultra-transparent zirconia ceramic Katana UTML(KU)with different thicknesses(0.5,1.0,1.2 and1.5 mm)were prepared(n=5 per group),and then the CIE L^*a^*b^*parameters of each sample were measured with a dental colorimeter,which was used to calculate the color values of different thicknesses on a white background for the color difference(ΔE)before and after aging(in an autoclave at 134℃under 0.2 MPa for 20 h).Statistical analysis ofΔE was performed using the SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Meanwhile,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were applied to evaluate the structural stability of KU after aging.Results TheΔE of KU with different thicknesses before and after aging ranged from 0.96 to 1.50,which was acceptable in clinic.The results of XRD and SEM showed that there were no obvious changes in the crystal phase and surface micro-morphology(such as grain size)of KU before and after aging.Conclusion Katana UTML possesses good color and structural stability regardless of aging.
