口译在线教育社区——“广外模式”口译教学的线上探索  

Online Interpreting Education Community:A Case of Remote Training of the“Guangwai Approach”

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情影响下,高校传统线下口译教学理念受到严峻挑战,亟须统筹资源、发挥互联网优势改革传统口译教学模式,构建线上线下口译教育体系。广外口译系整合现有“广外模式”下口译能力培养主干架构,突破时空限制,将线上课程变成讨论、互动,解决学生需要老师才能解决的问题,旨在把原来的线上教学弱势变为优势,尝试通过线上教学的增量打破常规口译教学中“体系不清、内容碎片、方法局限”的瓶颈,强调多模态内容表达。搭建立体口译在线教育社区,促进师生、生生互动,确保线上口译教育的课堂内的可操作性、课程间的系统性和课堂外的可持续性。COVID-19 has brought severe challenges to the traditional interpreting training in higher education.It is urgent to reform interpreting training by leveraging online resources,and to develop online and offline integrated interpreting training system.The Interpreting Department of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies innovates its interpreting training concept(“Guangwai Approach”)to adapt to both online and offline teaching modes and has broken through the time and space constraints by building an online interpreting education community,which has turned the drawbacks of“unclear system,fragmented content and limited methods”into an effective online education community with multimodality and realised interactive online interpreting training that could boost students’learning motivation.
