摘　　要：本科毕业实习作为高校本科生将理论知识进行实践与运用的重要人才培育环节,对提升本科就业竞争力具有重大意义。经管类专业本科毕业生一方面有考研出国等升学需求,另一方面由于专业涉及行业与单位类型更为广泛,且容易接触企业经营信息,其实习管理与效果保障更为复杂。文章在总结近年全国高校本科毕业实习各层面问题的基础上细致分析了经管类专业本科生毕业实习存在的问题,并依据学生的实习管理经验,在学校与学院、指导教师、用人单位等层面提出了具有针对性的对策建议。As an important talent cultivation process for undergraduate students to practice and apply theoretical knowledge,undergraduate graduation internship is of great significance for enhancing the competitiveness of employment.Undergra duate graduates majoring in economics and management have a high demand for further education such as taking postgraduate entrance exams and going abroad.On the other hand,due to the wider range of industries and unit types involved in their majors,and their easy access to enterprise management information,internship management and effectiveness assurance are more complex.On the basis of summarizing the various aspects of undergraduate graduation internships in universities across the country in recent years,this article analyzes in detail the problems existing in graduation internships for undergraduate students majoring in economics and management.Based on the experience of student internship management,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed at the levels of schools and colleges,internship guidance teachers,and employers.
