摘　　要：高职院校需要把握行业、企业人才需求以推进产业链、教育链、人才链衔接。调研组对公路交通运输行业单位调研得出,网络化、数字化、智能化建造是发展趋势,企业需要复合型高素质技术技能人才的结论。因此,道路桥梁工程技术专业需要围绕产业链优化专业布局;对接人才链调整专业人才培养目标;对接技术链、创新链重构课程体系;对接岗位能力要求,建设专兼结合的教师队伍。Higher vocational colleges need to grasp the industry;enterprise talent needs to promote the industrial chain,education chain,talent chain link.The research group found that network,digital,intelligent construction is the trend of development,and enterprises need high-quality technical talents.Therefore,the major of road and bridge engineering needs to optimize the specialty layout around the industry chain,to connect the talent chain,to adjust the professional talent training goal,to connect the technology chain and innovation chain,to reconstruct the curriculum system,to connect the ability requirements of the post,we should build a professional and integrated teaching force.
