摘　　要：本科教育是以培养方案为指导开展各类教学活动,因此培养方案是支撑人才培养目标和人才培养质量的重要保障。地方高校作为高等教育体系的重要组成部分,是以服务地方社会经济发展为办学宗旨的高等教育机构。文章就地方高校本科生培养方案制订、执行和修订时面临的一系列问题进行讨论,重点着眼于培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系和课程组织等问题进行分析,为其他地方高校在制订培养方案时提供有益的参考。The aim of undergraduate education is to carry out all kinds of teaching activities based on training program,so the training program is an important guarantee to support the goal of talent training and the quality of talent training.As an important part of higher education system,local colleges and universities are institutions of higher education aiming at serving local social and economic development.This paper discusses a series of problems including the formulation,implementation and revision of undergraduate training programs in local colleges and universities,and focuses on the analysis of training objectives,graduation requirements,curriculum system and curriculum organization,etc.,in order to provide useful reference for other local colleges and universities in the formulation of training programs.
