摘  要:目的:在中医内科临床见习教学中研究网络环境下PBL、CBL的联合应用效果。方法:应用现代网络环境建立师互动生交流平台,联合PBL、CBL教学法进行教学,通过考核和问卷调查对比分析该教学模式的效果。结果:实验组与对照组相比,临床见习生在笔试成绩和实践能力方面有明显提高,主观态度改变显著,认知度明显增强,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL、CBL在中医内科学临床见习教学中的应用,提高了中医内科临床见习学生的理论素质、实践能力、团队精神、创新思维,教学成果显著,是一种比较理想的教学模式,值得大力推广。Objective:To study the application effect of PBL and CBL under the network environment in the clinical probation teaching of TCM internal medicine.Methods:The modern network environment was used to establish a platform for teachers to interact with students,and PBL and CBL teaching methods were used to carry out teaching.The effects of this teaching mode were compared and analyzed through examination and questionnaire survey.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical trainees in the experimental group have significantly improved their written test scores and practical abilities,their subjective attitudes have changed significantly,and their awareness has increased significantly,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PBL and CBL in the clinical probation teaching of TCM internal medicine has improved the theoretical quality,practical ability,team spirit and innovative thinking of the clinical probation students of TCM internal medicine.The teaching results are remarkable.It is a relatively ideal teaching mode and is worth promoting vigorously.
