高校学生公民志愿精神的培育路径研究

摘　　要：志愿精神是一种主动自觉、不以求利为目的的利他精神,一种追求世界更加美好的人生理想与态度,是基于自身价值判断与认同后的行为选择,以及引领道德、推动社会发展的文化。它可以促进公民积极参与社会治理、凝聚公民集体价值追求、引导公民自我教育与成长。高校可以通过课堂教学、日常交往、社团实践与共情传递等渠道培育学生的志愿精神,同时统筹设计,通过搭建志愿服务与精神培育平台、创新志愿服务与精神培育内容、构建志愿服务与精神培育机制予以系统实施。Volunteerism is a kind of altruistic spirit that is self-conscious and not for the purpose of seeking profits.It is an ideal and attitude to pursue a better life in the world.It is a behavioral choice based on self-worth judgment and recognition,as well as a culture that leads morality and promotes social development.It can promote citizens to actively participate in social governance,condense citizens’collective value pursuit,and guide citizens’self-education and growth.Colleges and universities can cultivate students’volunteer spirit through classroom teaching,daily communication,community practice and empathy transmission.At the same time,they can make an overall design and systematically implement it by building a platform for volunteer service and spirit cultivation,innovating the content of volunteer service and spirit cultivation,and building a mechanism for volunteer service and spirit cultivation.
