摘　　要：2019年中共中央、国务院颁布《加快推进教育现代化实施方案(2018-2022年)》,提出要创新信息时代教育治理新模式,开展大数据支撑下的教育治理能力优化行动,推动以互联网等信息化手段服务教育教学全过程。虽然大数据已经在很多行业得到非常深入且成功的应用,但是在高等教育领域还并不成熟,因此在探讨如何解决问题的同时需要先对新形势下教育治理发展的动因进行分析,从而求根溯源发现大数据时代高校教育治理面临的新挑战,有针对性地进行解决。In 2019,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Implementation Plan for Accelerating The Modernization of Education(2018-2022),which proposed to innovate a new mode of educational governance in the information age,carry out the optimization action of educational governance capacity supported by big data,and promote the use of Internet and other information means to serve the whole process of education and teaching.Although big data has been very thorough and successful application in many industries,but also in the field of higher education is not mature,so the study of how to solve the problem at the same time you need to first impetus to the development of education management under the new situation are analyzed,so as to find the root in colleges and face new challenges to solve.
