摘 要:高等职业院校如未形成以其自身特点为主的教学管理模式,则会在一定程度上制约其教育发展。基于此,文章从现阶段教师的综合素养情况和学生的学习兴趣入手,分析高等职业院校教学管理模式的现状,发现主要存在以学科为导向的组织结构逻辑不当,基础条件差制约管理模式发展,教学目标和课程设定偏离学生心理等问题。在此基础上,提出对应的解决策略:基于职业逻辑理论构建教学管理创新团队,加大基础设施投入打造良好教学氛围,培养“双高”型人才注重教学管理主体,完成高等职业院校的教学管理模式创新。If higher vocational colleges do not form a teaching management mode based on their own characteristics,it will restrict their educational development to a certain extent.Based on this,starting with the current situation of teachers’comprehensive quality and students’learning interest,this paper analyzes the current situation of teaching management mode in higher vocational colleges,and finds that there are mainly some problems,such as improper logic of discipline oriented organizational structure,poor basic conditions,restricting the development of management mode,deviation of teaching objectives and curriculum setting from students’psychology and so on.On this basis,the corresponding solutions are put forward:build an innovative teaching management team based on professional logic theory,increase infrastructure investment,create a good teaching atmosphere,cultivate"double high"talents,pay attention to the main body of teaching management,and complete the innovation of teaching management mode in higher vocational colleges.
