新形势下艺术类专业学生的思想特点与教育管理对策——以中央民族大学美术学院为例

摘　　要：在新形势下,高校招收的美术类大学生专业水平虽日渐提升,但综合素质方面却良莠不济,这使得辅导员从事日常教育管理和思想价值引领的工作任务更加繁重。美术类学生不同于一般大学生,他们有着独特的个性和鲜明的特征,在日常生活中难以遵守标准化和规范化的管理方式。所以,要想提高对美术类学生的管理水平,增强对艺术专业学生的教育效果,就需要分析其思想特点,准确把握主要矛盾,以提升教育管理工作效率。In the new situation,although the professional level of art college students enrolled in colleges and universities is improving day by day,the comprehensive quality is not good or bad,which makes the task of counselors engaged in daily education management and ideological value guidance more arduous.Art students are different from ordinary college students.They have unique personality and distinctive characteristics.It is difficult to abide by standardized and standardized management methods in daily life.Therefore,in order to improve the management level of art students and enhance the educational effect of art majors,we need to analyze their ideological characteristics,accurately grasp the key contradictions and improve the efficiency of education management.
