摘 要:在本科生班实行导师制可以优化高校师资配置,满足学生科研、学习等方面的个性化需求。文章从阐述导师制起源、发展及在国内本科生班的应用价值着手,总结了在本科生班构建和实施导师制中出现的问题,在分析其原因的基础上,提出了相应的对策。探讨了如何通过强化宣传和培训,让导师和本科生对导师制形成正确认知,完善导师选择、调配机制,让本科生获得契合其个性化发展需求的教育资源,构建导师制实施过程的监督、考核和激励机制,创新师生互动交流形式及内容,发挥导师制的全过程、全面育人作用。The implementation of the tutorial system in undergraduate classes can optimize the allocation of university teachers,to meet the personalized needs of students in scientific research,learning and other aspects.This paper expounds the origin,development and application value of tutorial system in domestic undergraduate classes,summarizes the problems in the construction and implementation of tutorial system in undergraduate classes,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures on the basis of analyzing its causes.Discusses how to strengthen the propaganda and training,let the teacher and undergraduate tutorial system form the correct cognition,perfect mentor selection,allocation mechanism,make undergraduates get fit their personal development needs of education resources,construct the supervision of the tutorial system implementation,evaluation and incentive mechanism,innovation interaction between teachers and students form and content,give play to the role of the whole process of the tutorial system,comprehensive education.
