摘　　要：外科护理课程是培养优质外科护理人才的重要渠道,其主要教学任务是提高学生的护理技能,为我国医疗队伍不断壮大注入新鲜血液。作为一名优秀的医护人员,不仅要具备基本的专业医护技能,同时还要拥有强大的社会责任感与岗位使命感。通过在外科护理课程中加强思政建设,可以有效增强学生的专业能力,促进立德树人教学目标的顺利实现,完善道德思想体系的教育功能。为此,文章通过分析外科护理课程思政建设的教改原则,并基于当前的教学现状,有针对性地给出了几点改进建议,供参考。Surgical nursing course is an important channel to cultivate high-quality surgical nursing talents.Its main teaching task is to improve students’nursing skills and inject fresh blood into the continuous growth of China’s medical team.As an excellent medical staff,we should not only have basic professional medical skills,but also have a strong sense of social responsibility and post mission.Strengthening ideological and political construction in surgical nursing curriculum can effectively enhance students’professional ability,promote the smooth realization of the teaching goal of building morality and cultivating people,and improve the educational function of moral ideological system.Therefore,by analyzing the teaching reform principles of Ideological and political construction of surgical nursing course,and based on the current teaching situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement for reference.
