摘  要:在新时代背景下,劳动教育的重要性不言而喻,借助劳动教育可培养更为优秀的社会主义接班人。纵观目前高校图书馆劳动教育开展状况,其依然有很多问题存在,导致“三全育人”理念的贯彻受到一定的影响,进而使得劳动教育成效难以充分发挥出来。文章在“三全育人”理念之上对高校图书馆劳动教育现存的问题进行了分析,并基于此提出对应的改善策略,以期对劳动教育的发展奠定良好基础。In the context of the new era,the importance of labor education is self-evident.With the help of labor education,we can cultivate better socialist successors.Looking at the current situation of labor education in university libraries,there are still many problems,resulting in the implementation of the concept of"three complete education",which makes it difficult to give full play to the effectiveness of labor education.Based on the concept of"three complete education",this paper analyzes the existing problems of labor education in university library,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies,in order to lay a good foundation for the development of labor education.
