摘　　要：课程思政需要深入挖掘课程蕴含的思想政治教育资源,以社会主义核心价值观为主线,以专业技能知识为载体,做好课程思政制度设计、课程建设和教学研究。本文将以公司法为例,探索在非法律专业的法律课程中,通过创新性的教学设计达到价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授“三位一体”的教学目标。Curriculum ideological and political education needs to deeply tap the ideological and political education resources contained in the curriculum,take the socialist core values as the main line and professional skills and knowledge as the carrier,and do a good job in curriculum ideological and political system design,curriculum construction and teaching research.Taking company law as an example,this paper will explore the"Trinity"teaching objectives of value shaping,ability training and knowledge teaching through innovative teaching design in the legal curriculum of non-legal majors.
