我国高新技术企业知识管理模式研究

摘　　要：构建有效的知识管理模式对于我国高新技术企业知识价值创造具有重要意义,有利于提升高新技术企业的创新能力,提高企业核心竞争力。本文从知识管理环节入手,剖析了我国高新技术企业知识管理影响因素,从联盟创新、组织结构、团队学习、组织情景四个维度构建了我国高新技术企业知识管理模式与评价体系。在此基础上,本文以山东省高新技术企业为例进行了实证研究,从创新管理模式、制定知识管理战略、培育团队创新能力、创新组织学习机制、营造企业文化等方面提出了推进我国高新技术企业知识管理水平提升的对策建议。Building an effective knowledge management mode has significant influence on creation value of enterprises,which will improve the innovation ability and core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises.This article starts from the process of knowledge management,explores the influential factors of high-tech enterprises knowledge management,and constructs the knowledge management mode and evaluation system from the perspective of innovation alliance,organization structure,team learning and organization scenario.In addition,empirical analysis of Shandong province is used.Some specific suggestions has been put forward ultimately such as innovating management mode,making knowledge management strategy,cultivating team innovation ability,innovating organizational learning mechanism and creating enterprise culture.
