摘　　要：春日台中心是一个融合了老年人护理场所、儿童放学后日间服务场所、自助洗衣房、为残障人士提供就业的咖啡店,以及一个因语言障碍而存在教育差距的孩子就读的寺子屋(类似私塾的教育设施)等多种功能的综合福利设施。该建筑精心选址在曾经的超市旧址,为衰落的区域重新带来活力,现已成为这个地区的中心。建筑超越了惯常的功能分区思维,通过相关功能的有机渗透,展现了充满人情味的生活。设计者站在地区当事人的视角,将各种各样的人和环境包含在设计考量中,最终创造出一种共愉的场所。The Kasugadai Center Center is a comprehensive welfare facility that integrates various functions such as a nursing place for the elderly,a day service place for children after school,a self-service laundry room,a coffee shop that provides employment for disabled people,and Terakoya(similar to a private school)where children with educational disparities attend due to language barriers.The building was carefully selected at the former supermarket site,bringing vitality to the declining area and has become the center of the area now.Architecture goes beyond the conventional thinking of functional zoning,and instead showcases a warmer life full of human nature through the organic infiltration of related functions.Designers stand from the perspective of regional stakeholders,incorporating various people and environments into design considerations,ultimately creating a convivial place.
